Bij ons gaan persoonlijke benadering, ontspanning, kennis en kwaliteit hand in hand. Sarah heeft een medische achtergrond als vroedvrouw en is al jaren gespecialiseerd in permanente ontharing. De uitbreiding naar huidverbeterende en medische esthetische behandelingen groeide vanuit een passie voor skincare en huidverbetering, aangevuld met professionele opleidingen, en vanuit de overtuiging dat zelfzorg kostbaar en essentieel is. Alle behandelingen met botuline toxine worden uitgevoerd door dr. Alexander Janssen, arts-specialist met meer dan tien jaar ervaring in de neurochirurgie. Dr. Janssen beschikt over een uitgebreide expertise in infiltratietechnieken en de aangezichtsmusculatuur, en heeft ruime ervaring met medische indicaties zoals dystonie en spasticiteit, waarbij behandelingen met botuline toxine eveneens worden toegepast.
Sarah is steeds aanwezig bij de bespreking en uitvoering van de behandeling. De combinatie van de sterke medische expertise van dr. Janssen en de persoonlijke begeleiding zorgen voor een veilige, nauwkeurige aanpak - steeds met aandacht voor persoonlijke benadering.

Met ons toestel voor permanente ontharing maken we gebruik van geavanceerde lichttherapie die door geleiding via het pigment van de haartjes 70° creëert in de haarwortel. Hierdoor wordt het haarzakje definitief vernietigd en kan het nooit meer een haar produceren.
Vanaf vier weken vóór de behandeling mag je niet waxen of epileren; scheren is wel toegestaan en gebeurt bij voorkeur één dag voor de afspraak. Vermijd zon en zonnebank kort vóór en na de behandeling om pigmentreacties te voorkomen. Tussen de sessies door mag je blijven scheren, maar niet waxen of epileren.
Gemiddeld zijn 8 behandelingen nodig voor een optimaal resultaat. Afhankelijk van de te behandelen zone bedraagt de tussentijd 6 tot 12 weken. Enkel de haren in de groeifase kunnen behandeld worden. Het merendeel van de haren op ons lichaam bevinden zich echter in de rustfase, vandaar dat er meerdere sessies nodig zijn.
De meeste personen ervaren een lichte prikkeling tijdens de behandeling, vergelijkbaar met een elastiekje dat tegen de huid slaat. Dankzij de gekoelde behandelkop van ons toestel wordt dit door de meeste mensen goed verdragen en wordt het ongemak tot een minimum beperkt.
Dankzij de SHR functie van ons toestel kunnen we nu ook donkere huidtypes veilig en efficiënt gaan behandelen. Donsharen, lichtblonde of grijze haren bevatten nauwelijks pigment en zijn bijgevolg vaak niet te behandelen.
We verzoeken u vriendelijk om minstens 24u op voorhand de afspraak te annuleren indien nodig. Gelieve dit bij voorkeur via telefonisch contact te doen. We houden graag een correct schema aan zodat we al onze bezoekers van een vlotte bediening kunnen voorzien.
Na elke behandeling valt een deel van de haartjes geleidelijk uit. Na een volledige kuur zijn de meeste haren definitief verdwenen, met een blijvende reductie van 90 tot 95% van de haargroei. Gemiddeld wordt jaarlijks 1 onderhoudsbehandeling aanbevolen.
Botox is de populairste behandeling om snel en effectief fijne lijntjes en rimpels te verzachten en je huid een frisse, uitgeruste uitstraling te geven. Het resultaat is na ongeveer 3 tot 5 dagen zichtbaar en houdt gemiddeld 4 tot 6 maanden aan.
Met behulp van hele fijne naaldjes worden de spieren die mimische rimpels veroorzaken geïnjecteerd waardoor deze tijdelijk gaan ontspannen. Hierdoor worden de typische zones zoals de frons, voorhoofdsrimpels en kaaienpootjes gladder, zonder dat je mimiek verdwijnt.
Hyperhidrosis
Ook bij overmatig zweten kan een botoxbehandeling een oplossing bieden. De behandeling duurt slechts enkele minuten en is vrijwel pijnloos.
Bij ons kan je terecht voor huidverbeterende gelaatsbehandelingen en producten voor thuisgebruik die volledig op maat van jouw noden of specifieke huidproblemen worden samengesteld. Denk aan herstel van de huidbarrière, anti-aging, porieverfijning, roodheid, acne of pigmentatie. Hiervoor werken we met de professionele producten van Medik8, een merk dat focust op de wetenschappelijk bewezen CSA-filosofie: vitamine C + zonnebescherming overdag en vitamine A ’s avonds – dé gouden standaard voor een gezonde, stralende huid! Aan al onze gelaatsverzorgingen kan je IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) toevoegen als skin boost voor extra collageenstimulatie en een intensievere aanpak van pigment, anti-aging en teintverbetering. Een skin boost is volledig pijnloos en duurt slechts enkele minuten extra.
Skin consult (45min - 50 euro)
Een skin consult is ideaal wanneer je graag meer wil weten over de conditie van jouw huid en hoe je die kan verbeteren. We bespreken samen jouw skincare gewoontes, de noden van jouw huid, welke problemen je eventueel ervaart en waarop we kunnen werken aan de hand van behandelingen of producten. Daarna gaan we ook effectief aan de slag met een hands-on kennismaking met de producten en de basisprincipes van reiniging en peeling tot het hydrateren en beschermen van jouw huid. Bij aankoop vanaf 3 huidverbeterende producten is het skin consult helemaal gratis.
Meet & Treat (75min – 110 euro)
We bespreken samen jouw skincare gewoontes, de noden van jouw huid, welke problemen je eventueel ervaart en waarop we kunnen werken aan de hand van behandelingen of producten. Na het skin consult geniet je van een gelaatsverzorging helemaal op maat van de specieke noden of problemen van jouw huid. Indien gewenst overlopen en bespreken we nadien een persoonlijke skincare routine voor thuis. Bij een Meet & Treat is het skin consult en advies steeds gratis inbegrepen.
Supplement ‘Skin boost’ + 45 euro
Expert Facial (60min – 110 euro)
Deze Medik8 facial wordt na overleg en op maat van de noden en/of problemen van jouw huid samengesteld. Dé ideale behandeling voor wie huidverbetering wil combineren met een moment van rust en ontspanning. Voor elk huidtype of huidprobleem zijn er specifieke behandelingen mogelijk. We bespreken op het moment van je afspraak steeds samen waar we tijdens een gelaatsverzorging op zullen focussen en hebben de keuze uit verschillende gepersonaliseerde huidverbeterende en relaxerende treatments.

Crystal Retinal Facial (60min – 110 euro)
Deze gelaatsverzorging met ons supergeladen Retinal masker werkt sterk anti-aging en focust op het verstevigen, verfijnen en verhelderen van de huid. Afhankelijk van je persoonlijke voorkeur of huidbehoefte kan er gekozen worden om te werken op pigmentatie of onzuiverheden. Het resultaat is een frisse, egale teint en een gezonde uitstraling.

IPL huidverbetering
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) lichttherapie geeft je huid een zichtbare boost. De behandeling stimuleert collageen, vermindert fijne lijntjes, roodheid en pigmentatie en zorgt voor een egale teint met een frisse, natuurlijke glow. Voor het beste resultaat adviseren we een kuur van 3 tot 5 behandelingen. Een losse sessie is ideaal als kennismaking of onderhoud. Het najaar en de winter zijn perfect voor intensieve kuren; in de lente en zomer werkt IPL uitstekend als opfrisser. Kom met een gereinigde, ongeschminkte huid naar je afspraak. Na de behandeling beschermen we je huid met een voedend serum en SPF. Vermijd actieve producten gedurende 24–48 uur en bescherm je huid goed tegen de zon.
